Just wanted to also say that I've been making most of the changes you recommended for my PMS symptoms. It's quite amazing how much better I have felt...I would say that my PMS is almost non-existent this month.

For the record, the jaw line acne has significantly reduced since making the changes you suggested (I have been 90% diligent... ok, maybe 85%).
