I have enjoyed over 11 years of secondary education and have treasured nearly every moment. My curiosity about the body's functions ands led me to pursue BA in Psychology, an RMT diploma, pre-med sciences, and Naturopathic Medicine. I often find more questions than answers, which motivates me to seek deeper insights.

My passion for health, ageing, and women's hormonal changes from fertility to perimenopause to menopause drives me to collaborate with you, as I thrive on navigating the complexities of health, understanding that not all people fit a textbook definition.

My practice focuses on women's health and wellness, healthy ageing (including brain skin, and genes—helping you feel good inside and out), and optimizing hormones. I work with clients within realistic parameters, acknowledging that not everyone ready for significant changes immediately.

I use various investigative tools, such as assessments, comprehensive intakes, and laboratory testing, to create personalized treatment plans that may include orthomolecular medicine (vitamin and mineral therapies), botanical medicine (my favourite), and other therapeutic approaches. Additionally, I have received training in pediatric care, fertility, women's health, visceral manipulation, NeuroEmotional Technique (NET), and intravenous therapies.
